Altuglas Cast Acrylic
A range of high quality branded cast acrylic sheet
products manufactured in Europe, suitable for a
wide variety of applications. It is easy to handle,
thermoform and fabricate.
The range features constant light transmission which means colours
appear the same irrespective of how thick the sheet is
and whether they are illuminated or non-illuminated.
- 92% high light transmission (clear)
- Manufactured to high tolerance excellent constant sheet thickness
- Greater impact resistance than glass - non shatter
- Hygienic - easy to clean and abrasion resistant
- High resistance to discolouration and weathering
(10 year UV guarantee) - Good resistance to most common chemicals
- Easy handling - half the weight of glass
- Fully recyclable
- Easy to shape into creative designs
- Supplied with protective PE film on both sides
- Specific gravity of 1.19
Applications - Suitable for signmaking, light boxes, point of sale (POS), glazing,
lighting, fabrication, display and thermoforming applications - Cut to size service is available

branch for details - Small ‘mini-batches’ of colours and finishes are available, including
bespoke colours
Technical Capabilities - Printing process: Screen printing, direct to substrate digital printing
- Fire rating: BS476 Part 7: Class 3 (3mm and above)
- Installation: It is important to make allowances for thermal movement
- Machining and Fabrication: Suitable for laser cutting, sawing, drilling,
