Technical Capabilities
Fire rating: BS476/7 Class 1
Sawing: Use blades with minimum tooth set. Prevent overheating by feeding slowly
Thermoforming Temperature range: 130°C-140°C
Bonding: Use conventional solvent PVC adhesives
Drilling: Use conventional drills, but remove swarf to avoid overheating
