Technical Capabilities

Printing Processes: Screen printing for all grades with UV litho for selected grades. Corona treated (both sides) for UV litho/screen is guaranteed for 3 months after manufacture, 6 months for conventional screen printing. Please note: where Litho print is required, please request GT (guillotine trim) sheets when ordering

Printing Inks: Use inks for Polypropylene. If Priplak is used within a litho printed job, (e.g. as a cover) avoid litho inks with high mineral oil distillate as Priplak can be distorted/caused to curl. Vegatable/Soya based inks or similar can reduce the distortion. Check with ink supplier. It is also recommended any litho printed surface in contact with Priplak, as part of the finished job, be sealed by film lamination

Hot Foil Blocking: Brass or steel block preferred

Cutting and Creasing: Acclimatise to room temperature. Crease on a flat Creasing bed without channels. Hot creasing above 1400mm thick. Creasing process lengthens the material

  • Suitable for direct food contact
  • Complies with EN17 (Part 3) Toy Safety Regulations
