dilite
A lightweight but strong aluminium composite panel with a polyethylene core, Dilite is an economic, decorative panel for interior and exterior flat applications. It is supplied with a factory applied peel-off foil on both sides for protection of the coated surface.
- Great for flat sign applications
- 0.2mm aluminium cover sheet
- Black polyethylene core
- Front side - platinum white
- Reverse side comes in platinum white or aluminium metallic
- Protective foil on both sides
- Supplied in 2 to 3mm thickness and a range of sheet sizes
Technical Capabilities - Suitable for screenprinting, laminating/photo-mounting, lacquering and simple sign applications
- For large sign signage and complex processing (e.g. folding techniques) Dibond is recommended (with 0.3mm aluminium layers)
- Range of application - -50 degrees Celsius - 80 degrees Celsius
