Technical Capability

Printing process: Litho and screen
Digital printing: SRA3 size is suitable for laser printing and is HP Indigo Approved
Printing inks: Use of ink formulated for silk coated papers and boards is preferred.
Embossing: Yes
Varnishing: Machine or UV silk screen varnishing are both possible. Best results are obtained on top of emulsion sealing.
Emulsion sealing: Yes, 130gsm and above, below this weight there may be a tendency to curl, therefore a trial is recommended to ensure that the result is satisfactory.
Hot foil blocking: Yes
Film laminating: Yes
Creasing: If folding material 150gsm and above or through a solid or dense tone, pre-creasing is advisable by using a creasing matrix.
Toy safety: Yes, complies with EN71 Part 3 Toy Safety Regulations
Permanence of paper: Yes, meets ISO9706 requirements for Permanence of Paper
