Robert Horne Group further strengthens its regional centres

As part of an ongoing programme to ensure its business is fully aligned with the needs of the market, Robert Horne intends to further strengthen its regionalised structure with the creation of a new regional Customer Service Centre for the Midlands.
The new Centre, which would be based at the Group's Northampton headquarters, would result in the consolidation of its Northampton, Birmingham and Norwich Commercial Print sales offices into a single Midlands team. There would be no reduction in headcount but the sales offices in Birmingham and Norwich would close.
Paul French, Robert Horne Group Managing Director believes the new Centre would bring real benefits to the Midlands region, "The creation of a new regional Customer Service Centre would enable us to build upon our capability and infrastructure and ensure we provide our customers with the best level of service possible."
