Robert Horne confirms its commitment to The Sign Show

14th July 2008

One of the latest companies to have announced its participation at The Sign Show is Robert Horne Sign & Display, who will be using the event to promote its recently launched website, http://www.roberthornedirect.co.uk/, which enables signmakers and printers of all denominations to order a wide range of ancillary signmaking products online. Products range from squeegees, tapes, vinyl to high visibility clothing, knives and gloves and can even satisfy office stationery requirements.  As payment is by credit card, in a safe and secure environment, there is no necessity for customers to set up a prior account.

Paul French, Robert Horne Sign & Display's Managing Director commented: "We believe that The Sign Show will offer the perfect opportunity for us to meet both current and potential customers and to demonstrate, via a giant plasma screen, just how easy it is to use our new website. We appreciate that for many smaller companies, it is more convenient to order what they need on-line, whenever they need it and to pay by credit card in a safe and secure environment."

Robert Horne has also announced that it will be sponsoring the Sign Industry Awards competition, which will be held at the Ricoh Arena on the evening of the second day of The Sign Show.  He adds: "We are happy to be sponsoring the award for The Small Signmaker of the Year, which is open to companies with a turnover of less than £1 million. We firmly believe that the twinning of these two events, together with the various extra curricular activities that will be taking place around the show will provide the industry with a forum where signmakers can swap ideas and inspiration as well as enjoying a very convivial evening!

September is a great time to have a show, as it marks the beginning of the autumn business season and provides an excellent showcase for all the new products that have been launched during late spring and summer.  We are very much looking forward to it."
